The registration dashboard is a unique online system, which provides delegates with an effective and efficient way to register and look after all aspects of the conference themselves prior and post conference. You can re-visit your registration dashboard at anytime to amend your registration, make payment or download your invoice.
If you have previously registered for a conference run by ASN Events, you would have more than likely developed your own 'registration dashboard'. If so, when registering for this conference - please enter your email and password under 'returning delegate', and click on TEQSA 2024.If you are yet to register for a conference run by ASN - you will need to set up your own registration dashboard and therefore you will need to click on 'register as a new delegate'. Once you have filled out your details, you will have developed your own 'Registration dashboard'.
If you wish to make changes to your registration type after you have registered, please email the details to the secretariat - do not re-register.

If you are submitting a registration on behalf of someone else, please ensure you use their details (not your own) when creating their profile and registration. You can add your own email in the "Add Extra Email" field at the bottom of the profile form to be cc'd in communication.

All best endeavours will be made to present the program as published on this website. The conference organisers and agents reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables, plans or other items relating to the conference for any cause beyond its reasonable control. The conference organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the conference organisers do not accept responsibility for loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The conference organisers do not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft or damage to belongings.
Registration terms and conditions

Should your circumstances change, and you wish to cancel your registration, you must contact ASN Events via email no later than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.
Time period and refund policy:
Cancellation until 35 days before conference start date - Full refund minus $100 cancellation fee.
Swapping from in-person to virtual up to 14 days before conference start date – The difference between registrations will be refunded.
Swapping from in-person to virtual less than 14 days before conference start date – No refund. Substitution to alternate delegate allowed at no penalty.
0-35 days before conference start date - No refund. Substitution to alternate delegate allowed at no penalty..

In the event you are unable to attend the conference, substitution of your registration is available to an unregistered colleague or friend by writing via email to ASN Events. Any reimbursement for registration and additional costs will be sought directly from the new attendee.

A secure site is provided for online payment of your charges. This has its own section on the ‘dashboard’. The payment options are:
Credit card - Visa or Mastercard (1.25% surcharge applies) or AMEX is accepted but a 2.95% surcharge applies for all AMEX payments
Direct debit (you will be emailed banking instructions upon application).
An Australian Tax Invoice will be provided for all registrants once registered. You can reprint this and your receipt from your ‘dashboard’ at any time.The ABN for the conference is 90 093 246 176. All rates quoted include GST and are in Australian dollars. All online registrations are checked by the secretariat. If there is any query they will contact you. If you wish to make changes or additions after you have registered, return to your ‘dashboard’.

The information you provide about your dietary requirements or other information you wish to share with TEQSA about your needs in attending the conference may amount to sensitive information as defined in the Privacy Act 1988. TEQSA intends to use the personal information you provide to facilitate your access to catering and services at the conference (and may disclose your personal information to the venue, caterers, and events management contractors in doing so). If you do not provide the personal information we request, we may find it difficult to facilitate your participation at the conference.
